FAQs

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

1

If you've been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like something just isn't quite right — that's enough of a reason to reach out. Therapy isn't only for moments of crisis. It's a space to better understand yourself, work through challenges, and build the life you want. If you're curious, that curiosity is worth following.

What can I expect from the first session?

2

The first session is mostly about getting to know each other. I'll ask questions about what's bringing you in, your history, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet — we'll find our footing together.

How long will I be in therapy?

3

That depends on your goals and what you're working through. Some people find meaningful relief in a focused, shorter-term process. Others prefer ongoing support over a longer period. We'll talk about what makes sense for you and revisit it as we go.

What are your fees, and do you offer a sliding scale?

4

You can check out my services and prices on my Services page!

How do I schedule an appointment?

5

You can reach out through the contact form on this site, email me directly, call or text, or book through the secure portal. I offer a free consultation call so we can connect before committing to working together.

Do you offer in-person therapy?

6

I only offer Telehealth visits at this time. Virtual sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Many clients find telehealth just as effective as in-person therapy — and a lot more convenient.
